App is Broken, CS is Unresponsive

No access to data management, map library or previously downloaded maps. This version is pretty much useless. After the price hike on the subscription service and the broken app which sold me on the device I am seriously disappointed with my purchase this last month or so. Reconsider if its not too late. Oh yeah, they also lost my mail in rebate and wont respond to my inquires. Now Im really mad...
