Works well for backpacking

I use this app with my Delorme inReach. I typically use some other app to plot my course, then export as gpx and upload it to the Delorme map on the web. I use Earthmate to navigate and it works pretty well. It doesn’t use up too much battery and has gotten me back to the car in some pretty nasty conditions. I also use this to text message via the inReach, since it’s much faster to use the iPhone’s keyboard.

If you have an inReach, downloading this should be a no brainer.
